About Our Founder

The TKS Development Group was formed by Thomas A McCloskey. Tom spent more than 40 years solving development challenges in a large-scale corporate environment. Being in the building industry, starting as a teenage construction laborer, thru engineering and business school, then working with the largest Real Estate Developers & Construction Managers, has provided a wealth of hands-on experience.
